This 3-storey office building has undergone several transformations over the years including an expansion in 2008. Our company has participated in all the expansions and major renovations to this building since 1990.

- Air distribution with variable air volume boxes;
- Electric steam humidifiers;
- Additional air conditioning systems for year-round loads;
- Plumbing systems and fixtures.
