The main components of the project’s mechanical systems are :
- A complete plumbing system for the workshop and offices;
- A natural gas network;
- DeDietrich natural gas boiler;
- Ventilation systems for air changes in the workshop and offices with polymer cube and aluminum plates exchangers manufactured by Venmar supplied by Longhill Energy Products;
- Vehicles exhaust systems;
- Heatpump system from FHP (Florida Heat Pumps) connected to the geothermal network;
- More than 12,000 linear feet of pipe for radiant floors using Uponor products distributed by Klimar Agency;
- Building controls system from Delta, supplied and installed by Regulvar.
We provided the following services :
- Plumbing, natural gas;
- Ventilation works;
- Heating and cooling;
- Building controls (subcontracted);
- Thermal insulation (subcontracted).
