This building is dedicated to the food bank of the Outaouais region. The front section of the building includes two floors with a community kitchen area on the ground floor and administrative offices upstairs. The warehouse portion has a loading dock, walk-in refrigerators and freezers as well as structures for pallet storage. A section is also reserved for sorting food.

The main components of the project’s mechanical systems are :
- Packaged rooftop ventilation system for the offices;
- Ventilation systems in the storage area;
- Gas heaters for heating the loading dock and warehouse.
We provided the following services :
- Plumbing;
- Ventilation;
- Heating and cooling;
- Building controls (subcontracted);
- Thermal insulation (subcontracted).
