This old industrial building was converted into an office building with three levels. All of the ventilation has been retrofitted throughout the building. The work was performed in in tight and critical timeline much to our customer’s satisfaction.

The main components of the project’s mechanical systems are :
- Replacement of the air conditioning and heating systems with new large York packaged rooftop units;
- Mechanical ventilation systems with variable volume boxes and duct distribution;
- New electric humidifiers;
- Modifications to the existing plumbing systems including new sanitary installations for the densification of the building population;
- The integration of a control and management system for the building HVAC was supplied and installed by Regulvar.
