Building dedicated to rehabilitation care, including more than 60 rooms, a therapy pool, treatment and conditioning rooms as well as workshops for prosthetics and wheelchairs. Construction began in 2002 and ended in 2003.

The main components of the project’s mechanical systems are :
- Several McQuay indoor air handling units in a mechanical penthouse;
- Gas and electric boilers;
- An air cooled chiller;
- A Dectron dehumidification system for the pool;
- Pool water conditioning system and heating.
We provided the following services :
- Plumbing;
- Ventilation;
- Heating and cooling;
- Building controls (subcontracted);
- Fire protection (subcontracted);
- Thermal insulation (subcontracted).
