Émile Séguin and Sons Limited is a contractor and a 4th generation family business specializing in the installation of mechanical systems for all types of buildings.

The company works primarily in plumbing, heating, cooling and ventilation for commercial, institutional and industrial buildings. In some cases, the company acts as a general contractor when the work is primarily mechanical in nature.

The origins of the company date back to 1925 when J. Émile Séguin decided to start as a plumbing and heating contractor from his home on Laval Street in Hull.

Our office, our workshop and our warehouse have been located at 845 boulevard de la Carrière since 1988. Previously, our office and workshop were at 144 Eddy Street in Hull.

The company has grown gradually prioritising client's needs instead of rapid expansion. This is why many of our clients have remained loyal to the company over the years.

We participated in hundreds of projects during our many years in business. Our most significant project to date has been the construction of a building at 30 Victoria Street in Gatineau which has received a LEED platinum certification.
