This industrial type building is a milk processing facility and head office. It includes mezzanines but is essentially a one-story building. Construction began in 2009.

The main components of the project’s mechanical systems are :
- Rooftop ventilation system for the offices;
- Make-up air unit for the production area;
- Gas fired unit heaters for the loading docks;
- Complete drainage system for all processes;
- Domestic water supply for all processes;
- Chilled water system;
- Hot water heating for food processes;
- Refrigeration systems of cold rooms and freezers;
- Compressed air network.
We provided the following services :

- Thermal insulation (subcontracted).
