New garage and workshop services for STO buses. A section of this building has 2 floors and includes offices and services areas. The majority of the building is dedicated to the maintenance and repair of standard and articulated buses. Covering 25,375 square meters (273,000 square feet), the building has 18 service bays and a huge indoor parking for 192 standard buses or 128 articulated buses serving the eastern section of Gatineau. This building is seeking a LEED certified accreditation.

The main components of the project’s mechanical systems are :
- A complete plumbing network for the entire building;
- A hot water heating system with natural gas boilers from Laars for the whole workshop and garage, using Rosemex unit heaters and Wilo Stratos smart pumps;
- Ventilation systems with energy recovery and modulating gas heating for all garages and workshops manufactured by Bousquet Technologies;
- A compressed air system to supply all service bays including two 40HP compressors from Ingersoll Rand and Transair aluminum tubing piping network;
- High pressure washing systems;
- A central vacuum system for the workshops;
- The air conditioning and heating systems with direct expansion multi-zone for the administrative areas;
- A 5 psi natural gas network supplying 45 million BTU/hour;
- Nederman vehicle exhaust systems distributed by EH Price.
