The main components of the project’s mechanical systems are :

• York Solution Modular ventilation units for the gymnasium and classrooms from Johnson Controls;
• Hot water heating with suspended ceiling radiant panels from Airtex Engineered Air and wall convectors;
• Mechanical room with cast iron gas fired Buderus boilers;
• Ventilation air distribution with grilles and diffusers from Nailor Industries and Cook fans;
• Cheminee Lining prefabricated chimneys;
• Delta controls system installed by Regulvar.

We provided the following services :

• Plumbing;
• Ventilation;
• Hot water heating;
• Building controls (subcontracted);
• Thermal insulation (subcontracted).
