This is an office building of 450,000 square feet (41,800 square meters) on 11 floors plus a one underground level. The construction began in 2001 ended in 2003 with all level completely retrofitted. The majority of the underground level has also been converted into office space.

The main components of the project’s mechanical systems are :
- A ventilation system on each floor that can use 100% of outside air;
- A heating system with radiant panels in the ceiling on the perimeter of each floor;
- Two 400 tons air cooled chillers from Trane;
- Two cast iron gas fired sectional boilers from Buderus;
- A 900 kilowatts electric boiler from Acme Engineering for energy management;
- Several Liebert cooling systems for computer rooms;
- A control and building management system including lighting controls from Delta as supplied and installed by Regulvar.
We provided the following services :
