The main components of the project’s mechanical systems are :

• A complete plumbing network for the entire building;
• Daikin modular indoor air handling units for the emergency vehicle garage as well as for the administration section, supplied by HTS Engineering;
• A heating and cooling system with FHP geothermal heat pumps and DeDietrich gas boilers;
• Heating and cooling circulating pumps from Xylem (ITT Bell & Gossett);
• 3000 psi high pressure washing system;
• Modine natural gas condensation heaters in the garage;
• Monoxyvent vehicle exhaust systems supplied by Safe-T-Air;
• A commercial kitchen hood system manufactured by Halton;
• A compressed air system including an Ingersoll Rand compressor;
• Selkirk chimneys for the boilers;
• Radiant floors throughout the garage using Uponor products distributed by Klimar Agency.
