This project included the replacement of the existing ventilation and dehumidification systems by self contained natural gas ventilation units with energy recovery and desiccant dehumidification.

The main components of the project’s mechanical systems are :
- Two outdoor Munters ventilation units, one for the locker room and one for the arena;
- New ventilation ductwork in order to incorporate the new systems with existing building ductwork;
- Modifications to the gas for connection of the new units.
We provided the following services :
- Ventilation;
- The gas piping;
- Building controls (subcontracted);
- Thermal insulation (subcontracted).
