Projects
This new elementary school was built in Cantley which includes two floors. Three kindergarten classrooms, library, administration, specialized service room and technical facilities in addition to the gymnasium are located on the ground floor. Sixteen classrooms are located on the second floor.

The main components of the project’s mechanical systems are :
- York Solution Ventilation systems for the gymnasium and classrooms from Johnson Controls;
- Indoor and rooftop heat recovery units manufactured by Venmar;
- Geothermal System composed of 30 wells including the drilling and exterior piping;
- Water Furnace heat pumps for the administration and surrounding area;
- Hot water heating and terminal reheat in the ventilation;
- Mechanical room consisting of geothermal heat pumps and electric auxiliary boilers from Caloritech;
- Ultraviolet water treatment system for the deep well domestic water system.
We provided the following services :
- Plumbing;

- Drilling of geothermal wells (subcontracted);
- Building controls (subcontracted);
- Thermal insulation (subcontracted).
