New high school with gymnasiums and laboratories. Much of this school is spread over three floors and includes a cafeteria with a commercial kitchen. The building is adjacent to a primary school also built by us a few later.

The main components of the project’s mechanical systems are :
- Packaged rooftop ventilation systems for the gymnasium;
- Packaged rooftop ventilation system for classerooms;
- Exhaust systems and air intake for commercial kitchen hood;
- Hot water heating with wall cabinets and finned elements;
- Mechanical room with natural gas and electric boilers.
We provided the following services :
- Plumbing;
- Ventilation;
- Heating and cooling;
- Building controls (subcontracted);
- Thermal insulation (subcontracted).
